Terms of Service

By accessing or using Growfeed, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business to these Terms.

Agencies may manage multiple client stores under one account. These Terms apply to all users and accounts on growfeed.app.

If a translation of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

Growfeed is an AI social media content generation and scheduling SaaS for businesses and agencies. It can generate captions, images, and videos (including Studio), schedule posts, and publish to connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, WordPress, and Telegram.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, platform-compliant, or suitable for every audience. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for complying with each platform's rules.

• You must provide accurate and current registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all account activity.
• Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].
• One account per user; agencies can manage multiple stores inside one account.

• Available plans, features, and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and in the billing area of the app. Prices and allowances may change with notice as described below.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (typically monthly) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Some features consume credits. Credits are allocated according to your plan and any purchases shown in the app.
• Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation policy. In summary: monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and continue until the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refunds; credits are non-refundable; nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle unless the app states otherwise.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent periods.

You must comply with our standalone Acceptable Use Policy, these Terms, and the terms and community guidelines of every platform you connect.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use or that jeopardize our API access with connected platforms.

• You own store data, product information, and media you upload.
• Subject to the rights of third-party providers and platforms, AI-generated captions, images, and videos created for you in the service are owned by you upon generation.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
• Growfeed does not guarantee AI outputs are accurate, brand-appropriate, or compliant with all laws or platform rules.
• You grant Growfeed a limited, non-exclusive license to process content only to provide the service.
• We do not use your content to train our own models.

• You confirm you have authority for any Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, Pinterest account, TikTok account, Telegram channel, or WordPress site you connect.
• You are responsible for maintaining good standing with each connected platform and for ensuring published content respects each platform's rules.
• Growfeed is not responsible for platform policy violations caused by content you approved or scheduled.
• If a platform suspends your account, Growfeed is not liable for resulting loss of access or data.
• You can disconnect platforms anytime from Channels. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens or credentials we hold for that connection.

• Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, use, and protection.
• By using Growfeed, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• The Growfeed brand, product design, dashboard, and code are owned by VISIONALTECH UK LTD or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the service without written permission.
• User-uploaded content and AI-generated output remain yours as described above.
• Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve the service without compensation or attribution.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party API outages, and force majeure events may affect availability or publishing success.

• Growfeedis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful publishing of every scheduled post.
• We are not liable for API outages, platform policy changes, account suspensions, engagement loss, or AI output errors.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold VISIONALTECH UK LTD and Growfeed harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your breach of platform terms, or content published through your account, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing (subject to the Refund policy).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms or Acceptable Use violations, with reasonable notice where possible.
• To delete your account and personal data, email [email protected] as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page. Billing records required by law may be retained.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer under local law (the service is offered for business use).
• Material changes to these Terms will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
