Acceptable Use Policy

If there is any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version prevails.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Growfeed. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Growfeed to create, upload, schedule, or publish:

  • Illegal content or content that promotes illegal products, services, or activities
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting protected characteristics
  • Sexually explicit content, or content exploiting minors in any way
  • Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Content that incites violence or self-harm
  • Misleading claims, fake engagement schemes, or fraudulent offers

3. Spam & automation abuse

  • Do not use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit metering, security controls, or platform API restrictions.
  • Do not probe, scan, or attack our systems or those of connected platforms.
  • Do not resell access to the service except under a written agency or partner agreement with us.

4. Platform rules

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, WordPress, Telegram, or any other channel, you must comply with that platform's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. You are responsible for the content you approve and for the accounts you connect.

5. Intellectual property

Do not upload or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties. You must have the rights (or permission) to use product images, brand assets, music, and other materials you submit.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disconnect channels, suspend credits, or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to platforms or authorities where appropriate.
